Case Study: ADP "CAN DO" YummyCANpaign . . . Getting Their CAN Instead of Their Foot In The Door

Client Background: 
ADP, the industry leader in payroll, HR and benefits services needed a unique sales incentive program for their external sales force.  With little response to standardized postcards and print on demand sales programs, ADP engaged RESZEL to develop a customized YummyCANpaign as their next prospecting sales incentive program.

Objective: 
Create tremendous buzz for the roll out of a new time and labor management program.  ADP upped the ante by making the new "CAN Do" YummyCANpaign as the primary prospecting vehicle for doors that had never been opened.

Recommendation: 
Creation and execution of a blind three-part touchpoint YummyCANpaign.  The touchpoints would include a corresponding YummyCANpaign component to create curiosity leading up to the third touchpoint in which the prospect would receive the ADP "CAN Do" YummyCAN.

Strategy/Solution: 
The ADP new time and labor management program could, on average, save a prospective customer $100,000.00.  The YummyCAN- paign creative highlighted the potential savings by incorporating a "CAN DO" concept to offset competitive claims, creating a positive lead-in with a "pay-off" in the last touchpoint of a YummyCAN full of $100 GRAND bars.  The CANdy bars completed the creative concept. 

Approach: 
Upon approval, the three-part touchpoint YummyCANpaign was launched over a period of eight-days.  On the ninth and tenth days, ADP sales representatives began making calls to the prospects asking for a meeting to discuss the new time and labor management program.

Results: 
ADP continues to use the "CAN DO" YummyCANpaign.  To date, ADP has generated close to $1,000,000.00 in sales attributed to the "CAN DO" YummyCANpaign.  Please see the ADP testimonials here.
